Dr. Flores, a certified plastic surgeon, graduated with Academic Excellence honors from Mexico’s leading state university. Specializing in General and Plastic Surgery, he completed his training at the Western National Medical Center in Guadalajara, Mexico. Additionally, he has received international training in Verona, Italy; Virginia, USA; and Amman, Jordan.
